Higher Education Researcher Support Program for the Problem-Solving-Related Operations and Enhancement of Competency for Industry Sector (Talent Mobility)

The National Science Technology and Innovation Policy Office (STI) has initiated the “Higher Education Researcher Support Program for the Problem-Solving-Related Operations and Enhancement of Competency for Industry Sector (Talent Mobility)” in 2013 to facilitate and promote the science technology and innovation (STI) related personnel to perform their duties in the private sector in accordance with the established policy. The promotional policies under the Talent Mobility program are as follows;

  1. To improve the associated universities’ and joint agencies’ regulations in the addition to the establishment of necessary systems and enhance the Talent Mobility’s performance;
  2. Establish the Talent Mobility database to match the experts with entrepreneurs and making the project proposals;
  3. Organize the Talent Mobility’s Service Center and joint agencies.

How to participate in the program

The researchers and entrepreneurs may contact the Talent Mobility's Service Center or joint agencies to request the matching of partner as well as to acquire advice regarding the fund's provider and the methods in making project proposals through the following steps;
