The soft skills development project which the topic is provided by the private sector. Each week, develop the concepts proposal or concepts of design that promote analytical and problem-solving solution derived from the industry. Student will be challenged to apply the knowledge, principle, scientific theory, engineering technology or knowledge on real application; especially knowledge in various branch of engineering, namely, electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, material engineering and etc.; under guidance of highly competent instructor and teacher, in collaboration with private sectors’ representatives.

Human development project was established and promoted academic staff development by co-working with company in engineering method, improve working process of university and company, and expand said network. As listed earlier, it will lead to collaboration of university and company for development and solve engineering problem
